Any delay in the arrival schedule or reservation cancellation must be reported to the hotel within the reservation period. Otherwise, compensation payable by the customer will be applied according to the guidelines of the General Directorate of Tourism Services Supervision and Evaluation.
If the accommodation unit's rooms are booked as part of a travel tour through travel agencies, the cancellation fee, provided there is a written agreement between the parties recorded in the confirmation or contract, is not subject to the provisions of this directive.
In the absence of a prior written agreement, if the reservation is canceled by the applicant for any reason after paying the reservation amount and receiving the confirmation, the compensation amount (deducted from the prepayment) will be calculated as follows.
a) If the applicant cancels the reservation up to 20 days before the reserved date, no penalty will be charged.
b) From 20 days to 11 days before the guest's arrival at the accommodation unit, 20% of the cost of a one-night stay per room will be deducted.
c) From 10 days to 6 days before the guest's arrival at the accommodation unit, 30% of the cost of a one-night stay per room will be deducted.
d) "From 5 days to 48 hours before guest arrival" to the accommodation unit, "Amount of 50% of one night's accommodation fee" per room
h) "From 48 hours before guest arrival" to the accommodation unit, "Amount of 70% of one night's accommodation fee" per room
Clause 1: If the guest decides to cancel their stay at the hotel after reservation and check-in, for any reason, the cost of one night’s stay per room will be calculated and deducted from the prepayment.
Clause 2) Reducing the number of rooms reserved by travel and tourism agencies up to 48 hours before arrival and up to 10% is acceptable and will not incur any penalty.
